I'm working on a project that this could help with, with your example, how would I be able to have the result be the percentages and not the row number?

I used this video to identify row #s that need to be deleted. Since they're identified, how do I delete a column list of random row numbers?

Ugh, I hate how Americans always spend whole minutes over-explaining simple details "Okay guyyyyyys so for example a type A salesman circles type a will receive only 3% draws arrow to 3% on his sales. Aaand uhhh a type B salesman circles type b will receive 5% draws arrow to 5% on his sales." NAAHHHH MATE, A TYPE A GETS TYPE B COMMISSION WHY ARE YOU EXPLAINING THIS ANYWAY???
